That’s right, not even a blustery, snowy, -16 sort of February morning can keep me from my ice cold smoothie.
Over a basic base of a long sleeved shirt and leggings I’m wearing two sweaters, two infinity scarves, skirt,leg warmers and man-slippers. Sometimes, about halfway through my smoothie, I may feel the need to add mittens. Fortunately, I really get a kick out of layering. And also, it’s a good thing I work from home. Haha. I may not get away with this look in the office.
Today, I’m drinking a strawberry-banana-mango concoction with some almonds and spirulina thrown in.
I made enough for my entire family – the portions are something like, a hand full of this and a couple of those. I really do like to experiment. However, I have been recording and illustrating some of our favorite recipes, and you can find those in the smoothie section
of this blog.
